A decent size and luxurious room, relaxing stay!
Pleasant hotel and stunning and lovely location in University Hospital. Location near to north London, several bars, restaurants, and Western. Plus, 15 minutes drive from Td Stadium.

Value for room cost
Television in 'suite' room was ancient and breakfast could use a little more variety

The peaceful and excellent location next to an old restaurant, a park, university, power outlets, and by Medway Creek makes it a quiet and convenient spot.

I would not hesitate to return to this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to accomadate us. We had lunch and dinner at the Windermere Cafe and it was excellent. The servers were attentive, polite and knowledgeable. Our room was spotlessly clean as was the bathroom. The bed and pillows were high quality and i can honestly say far more comfortable than a couple of the 5 Star Hotels that we have stayed in.Our room overlooked the circular drive at the front and the Cafe as well and was very quiet. We even watched a very fat bunny feasting on the flowers in the gardens below. There was a small fridge which was a bonus and a coffee maker with coffees, teas, sugars and creamers supplied, We would not hesitate to return to the Windermere Manor as we feel it was in fact good value for the money spent.
We could have used a nice easy chair with armrests in our room where one could put ones feet up and and read a book or go over notes etc. The bed did serve as a chair with three very fluffy comfy pillows propped up to lean back on also a night table on both sides of the bed would certainly be a welcome addition when there are two people sharing the bed and room. Factoring in the reasonable price, the room was quite comfortable and more that adequate.

This was our second stay there since our daughter is a student at Western. The location is beautiful and the the historic aspect to the hotel as well as the beehives make it even more appealing! The covered cafe patio for breakfast is really something to look forward to. We've stayed elsewhere in London previously but now will always stay at the Windermere.

the rooms were so comfortable. We loved how our heads sunk into the massive pillows. We loved that we could buy Windermere's honey from their own hives. That was special

The bed and the pillows were good. The stay included a hot breakfast buffet which was good but not great.
For a hotel that was clearly not full they could have put us in a nicer room. We were put right beside the elevator with a view of the parking lot and clearly a housekeeping room above us that had activity already at 5:30 am. The room was large but poorly furnished. You would think that if they wanted us to come back they would have put us in a better room or better location or both.

There were bed bugs in my bed. Reversed my charges but I had to call the hotel to complain. Gave me another room.manager concerned but not willing to suggest any other kind of compensation for my discomfort and stress of having to move rooms at 1 in the morning.won t be staying there again ever

What a great place. We had a very pleasant stay. Nice clean room and so quiet and close to everything. We will go back and recommend it to our friends. The best lodging value that money can buy in London. Robert
